Job Summary Responsible for preparation guest quality meals, presentation and flavor for the dining room, banquets and other food facilities resulting in guest satisfaction. Responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and manage areas of profit, stock, wastage control and hygiene within the kitchen Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 - 2 years experience in the same field - Culinary Certificate - Portfolio of work done previously attach photos to application - Reference of previous employees Skills required - Good time management skills - Problem solving and good communication skills Start date : 1 September 2023
