- Minimum Grade 12
- Industrial Cooking Experience an advantage
- Verifiable cooking experience in a similar environment, or a cooking certificate is essential
- Must be able to work long hours / shift work, Weekends and Public Holidays
- Work long hours for functions
- Be able to interact with clients and scholars professionally and in a friendly manner
- Be able to time manage yourself and work under pressure
- Basic Health and Safety experience and knowledge of food safety
- Able to read and execute a recipe and menus
- Be able to present meals of a high standard
- Admin Skills
The ideal candidate will have strong culinary experience, excellent kitchen management abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals and exceptional dining experiences.
