Job Summary Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for a luxury safari lodge in the North West. This live-in position is ideal for a skilled chef with a passion for creating high-quality cuisine in a fast-paced, luxury lodge environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present dishes according to the lodge's menu and food standards Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all food served Maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen Assist with stock management, ordering, and rotation of ingredients Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience Adhere to health and safety standards, including correct use of kitchen equipment and chemicals Support training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff when required Assist with banquets, special events, and game drive catering as needed Requirements Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxury lodge, hotel, or high-end hospitality environment Strong culinary skills, including knowledge of hot and cold kitchen sections Excellent organisational and time-management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles Flexibility and adaptability to work in a remote lodge environment Package Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience Live-in position Opportunity to grow within a luxury safari lodge setting Candidates who meet the above requirements and are keen to apply are invited to submit their CV for consideration.
