? Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare and present high-quality dishes within the designated section

? Maintain consistency in standards, flavour, and presentation across all menu items

? Assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, supporting senior chefs where required

? Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

? Oversee stock control, ordering, and correct storage of ingredients
/p
p
? Contribute to menu development with creativity and innovation
/p
p
??? Train and mentor junior team members as needed
/p
p
? Requirements:

? Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments
/p
p
? Strong technical cooking skills and a passion for delivering culinary excellence
/p
p
? Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
/p
p
? Good knowledge of stock management, costing, and kitchen operations
/p
p
? Positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement

? Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
