We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join an exciting culinary venture - a fully off-the-grid, sustainable kitchen that merges fine dining with local culture and eco-conscious living. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a close-knit, forward-thinking team from the ground up. Ideal candidates will bring experience from luxury lodges or high-end boutique hotels, a deep appreciation for garden-to-table cooking, and a strong awareness of sustainability in the kitchen. Responsibilities: Relevant diploma or qualification in culinary arts Previous experience as a CDP in a fine dining, 5-star lodge or boutique hotel Contribute to menu development, incorporating sustainability and zero-waste principles Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to accommodate guest dietary preferences and requests Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard, following recipes and plating guidelines Help establish and maintain on-site gardens, integrating fresh produce into daily menus Embrace a "farm-to-table meets urban refinement" food philosophy ??
