A luxury 5 * Lodge in the Eastern Cape seeks to employ a Chef de Partie with the following requirements:-

  • Diploma/Certificate in Culinary arts
  • At least 2 - 3 years previous experience in a lodge environment
  • Must have a true passion for food
  • Computer literate
