What You'll Do




Assist with mise-en-place and daily food preparation across dedicated sections Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation Support the Senior CDP and Head Chef in ensuring smooth kitchen operations Follow stock rotation and storage procedures to minimise waste Ensure kitchen hygiene, safety and food-handling standards are always met Contribute to a positive, professional and team-focused kitchen culture

What You'll Need




A relevant culinary qualification and matric certificate Minimum 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment A professional attitude and willingness to learn and grow
