Job Description
A prestigious wine estate in Stellenbosch is seeking a CHEF DE PARTIE (fixed-term) to join their team.
The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Culinary Arts qualification, have previous experience working as a Chef de Partie, and will be comfortable dealing with distinguished clientele.
Candidate requirements:
- Must have a Culinary Certificate/Diploma
- Own transport with a valid driver's license/Reliable transport
- Minimum of at least 2-3 years of previous experience as a CDP
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with all departments and across cultures and religions
- Comfortable in dealing with very distinguished clientele
- Be punctual and self-disciplined
- Must have an eye for detail
- Have an excellent food portfolio when applying
