Prepare and cook meals according to set menus and quality standards.
Ensure food is produced efficiently and on time during service periods.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Assist with stock rotation, portion control, and minimising food waste.
Support the Head Chef with menu planning and prep work.
Follow food safety regulations and kitchen procedures strictly.
2-3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a canteen environment ,hotel or similar environment.
Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
Strong teamwork and time management skills.
Must be reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure.
Relevant culinary qualification or trade test is an advantage.
