Job Summary ? NEW CHEF Vacancy - North West Province ? ? Chef de Partie - Luxury Safari Lodge - Madikwe Game Reserve ?? Live-in Role | Salary: R7,000 - R8,000 NEG & DOE Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a motivated and hardworking Chef de Partie for a luxury safari lodge in the Madikwe Game Reserve. This role is ideal for a chef with a solid foundation in professional kitchens who is eager to grow within a high-end lodge environment and deliver consistently high-quality meals to international guests. Key Responsibilities o Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard under the guidance of the Head Chef o Take responsibility for a specific section within the kitchen o Maintain consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation o Assist with daily mise en place, service, and plating for all meal services o Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained at all times o Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and wastage reduction o Support junior kitchen staff and work as part of a cohesive team o Adapt to lodge-style service including plated meals, buffets, and bush dining Requirements o Formal culinary qualification advantageous but not essential o Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a luxury lodge environment - essentail o Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety procedures o Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment o Passion for cooking, learning, and delivering quality food o Willingness to live and work in a remote bush environment Package o Salary: R7,000 - R8,000 per month (depending on experience) o Single Live-in accommodation o Meals provided on duty To Apply Please submit your CV, contactable references, food porfolio and a recent head and shoulders photograph ASAP. ?
