Job Summary Situated int the northern suburbs of Cape Town, this popular busy golf estate is seeking an experience Chef de Partie with particular focus on banqueting and events. Reporting directly to the Head Chef, duties will include: Prepare & present high quality dishes Assist the team in creating menu items, recipes & developing dishes Assist with the management of Health & Safety Train Commis Chefs Monitor portion control & waste Ability to work without supervision and run an event on own Able to handle pressure in a calm manner Enthusiastic Experience in a similar environment Must have own, reliable transport
