Sunday lunches, private functions, and special events
. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare high-quality meals, manage kitchen operations, and ensure excellent food presentation and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals for Sunday lunches and special events.
Plan and assist with menu creation and portion control.
Ensure all meals are prepared to consistent quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and food cost management.
Coordinate with serving staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service.
Assist in setup and cleanup before and after events.
Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years' experience
as a chef or cook (restaurant, catering, or events).
Strong cooking and presentation skills.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
Friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills.
Available to work
Sundays and event days
as required.
Working Hours:
Primarily
Sundays
, 07:00 - 16:00 (depending on service times).
Additional hours for events and functions when scheduled.
Remuneration:
Competitive hourly or day rate (depending on experience).
Meals provided during shifts.
