Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a seasonal, high-quality menu that reflects the restaurant's vision and standards.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maintain budgetary compliance and optimize profit margins.
- Collaborate with management on special events and promotional activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate them into our culinary practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-end restaurant setting, preferably with a Michelin-star background.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and plating styles.
