We're looking for an experienced and dynamic ACU (Acute Care Unit) Charge Nurse to lead nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Acute Care Unit (ACU) and supervise nursing staff. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards. Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Manage staff scheduling, mentoring, and performance support. Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent. Valid nursing license and current Basic/Advanced Life Support certification. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including 2 years in a charge or supervisory role within an acute or critical care setting. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience in resource-limited or remote healthcare settings is an advantage.
