Job Purpose
We're looking for a process-driven, independent and collaborative Channel Support Executive (CSE) to join our Channel team. This is a pivotal role focused on enabling our Channel Account Managers to do their best work by removing operational blockers and ensuring long-tail partners receive seamless support.
You'll be the go-to for Tier 3 and 2b partner support - resolving queries, coordinating training, and championing automation. If you love structure, thrive in fast-paced environments, and get excited by using tech to streamline tasks, we'd love to hear from you.
