What we're looking for:




Experienced

Change Management Specialists / Consultants

skilled in:

Leading and managing change workstreams across ERP, digital, OD, culture, and strategy projects Developing and implementing fit-for-purpose change strategies and plans Conducting impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, and readiness evaluations Designing and delivering stakeholder engagement and communication plans Facilitating training, workshops, and capability-building sessions Partnering with leadership to embed change and drive adoption Monitoring progress, reporting milestones, and managing resistance Supporting broader organisational development initiatives 7+ years' experience in Change Management or Organisational Development Proven success in complex or financial services environments Strong knowledge of frameworks like ADKAR (Prosci), Kotter, or Lean Change Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills ERP or digital transformation project experience Prosci, CCMP, or similar Change Management certification (preferred) Relevant tertiary qualification (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
