PURPOSE




The person in this role will be part of a dynamic Enterprise Project Management Office and will be expected to establish and maintain the capability within the EPMO. This process focuses on the people side of change and looks to ensure the standardisation and sustainability of embedding change within the organisation and for industry clients. By providing subject matter expert input to Project and Programme Managers as well as guidance to business change representatives, the role assists with ultimately realising the benefits as identified in business cases. The purpose of navigating change is to implement strategies for effecting the desired change, directing change and assisting stakeholders to adapt to change. Through the identification, defining, implementation and monitoring of change initiatives, impacted stakeholders will be enabled to successfully transition from their current state to a future state. This guided process will maximise adoption and minimise resistance, thereby enabling improved benefits realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.


You will engage with the following stakeholders:




Bank and corporate clients Regulatory bodies Auditors and consultants Internal, Bank and Service Provider Programme and Project Managers Management and Executive Management Business Units/Divisions

Your key responsibilities will include:




Define the organisational change required to convert outputs into benefits Ensure the organisation is ready to implement change and embed it into organisational practice Assist Project and Programme Managers with defining the change approach and provide feedback on the plans they draft Provide guidance and oversight on the Change Navigation process to ensure it is consistently applied throughout PayInc and that it is achieving the desired results Support and coaching leaders in being change sponsors

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE




Bachelor's degree Change Management certification Required computer literacy levels in the MS Office suite

EXPERIENCE




Minimum 10 years' experience in Change Navigation Experience in Payments and Banking industry will be an advantage Experience in leading Change Navigation Experience in facilitating meetings and consultations with internal and external stakeholders at various levels Experience and knowledge of change principles, methodologies, and tools Effective communication skills Active listening * Strategic thinking
