• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Experience with strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a significant advantage.
