An established and expanding telecommunications company based in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs is looking for an experienced CFO to join their executive team. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at group level, with significant exposure to cross-border finance, strategic planning, and executive leadership.
You will be at the helm of financial decision-making, responsible for guiding the organisation's financial strategy, risk management, and capital structure. If you're a commercially astute CA(SA) who thrives in fast-paced, multinational environments - this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the company's financial planning and strategy
• Take ownership of cash flow management and forecasting
• Perform risk management across liabilities and investments
• Oversee fundraising initiatives and manage the capital structure
• Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Supervise and mentor the full finance team
• Build and manage key stakeholder relationships
• Prepare financial reports, board packs, and forecasting models
• Oversee company secretarial duties and contract management

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
• 6-10 years post-article experience in a senior finance role
• Experience operating within a multinational organisation
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP systems
• In-depth understanding of corporate finance, governance, and compliance
