An established and expanding telecommunications company based in Cape Town's Northern Suburbs is looking for an experienced CFO to join their executive team. This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at group level, with significant exposure to cross-border finance, strategic planning, and executive leadership.
You will be at the helm of financial decision-making, responsible for guiding the organisation's financial strategy, risk management, and capital structure. If you're a commercially astute CA(SA) who thrives in fast-paced, multinational environments - this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the company's financial planning and strategy
- Take ownership of cash flow management and forecasting
- Perform risk management across liabilities and investments
- Oversee fundraising initiatives and manage the capital structure
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Supervise and mentor the full finance team
- Build and manage key stakeholder relationships
- Prepare financial reports, board packs, and forecasting models
- Oversee company secretarial duties and contract management
- CA(SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
- 6-10 years post-article experience in a senior finance role
- Experience operating within a multinational organisation
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in advanced Excel and ERP systems
- In-depth understanding of corporate finance, governance, and compliance
