Cessna Pilot & Beef Farm Manager
Job Description
Fouriesburg Area, Free State: Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Beef Farm Manager with additional responsibilities that include flying a Cessna aircraft as required.
Only candidates with the relevant skills and experience will be considered.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Agricultural Diploma or Degree (advantageous)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in beef cattle and sheep management
Experience in cropping and field management
Proven ability to lead and manage staff effectively
Strong stockmanship and hands-on farming skills
Must be hardworking, honest, and possess an ownership mentality
Computer literate
Maintenance-oriented and practical problem solver
Valid driver's license
Proficiency in South Sotho (advantageous)
Valid pilot's license with experience flying a Cessna aircraft (required)
Strong communication and leadership abilities
