Our client is searching for a dynamic and accomplished leader to join our team as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for our Online Real Estate Agency. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision of the organization, driving innovation, and ensuring the effective utilization of our cutting-edge online platform

Description

• Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to achieve organizational objectives.
• Provide visionary leadership to guide the agency in adapting to evolving industry trends.
• Stakeholder Engagement:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and clients.
• Act as the face of the organization, representing it at national and international events.
• Platform Utilization:

• Oversee the effective use and continuous improvement of our online platform.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of agencies and users.
• Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial stability and sustainability.
• Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities while minimizing risks.
• Team Leadership:

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing executive team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization

Minimum Requirements

• Experience:

• Proven track record of successful executive leadership in a similar capacity.
• Experience in technology-driven environments and online platforms.
• Industry Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of the national agency landscape and the challenges and opportunities within the online space.
• Communication Skills:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Innovative Thinking:

• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and lead organizational change.
• Results-Oriented:

• Proven ability to achieve measurable results and meet strategic objectives.
• Networking Abilities:

• Strong networking skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with external partners and agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in marketing, law, or finance.
• 3-5 years professional experience in sales and marketing, preferably with an estate agency or in the property industry.
• Demonstrated ability to increase sales and grow revenue.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree
• Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics and AdWords
