Our client, has a position available for a strategic, commercially driven, and entrepreneurial CEO. The company has a strong scientific and operational base, significant new production capacity, and is entering a phase of accelerated commercial scale-up. The incoming CEO will drive market expansion, strengthen price realization, and elevate the companys global footprint while ensuring continuity as the current leader transitions to the Board. The organisation is open to international candidates who are willing to relocate to Norway. Key Responsibilities: *Lead global commercial growth with a focus on value creation and market capture *Translate strong R&D and operational capabilities into scalable commercial impact *Shape and execute long-term strategy toward strong EBITDA growth *Build and maintain high-trust customer relationships across priority markets *Inspire a multidisciplinary team and ensure production stability, innovation excellence, and sustained performance *Work closely with a committed long-term majority owner. Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: Relevant tertiary qualification; Strategically strong, entrepreneurial, execution-driven leader with a track record of building & scaling businesses; Commercially sharp with proven success in business development or commercial leadership in technology, science-based, or knowledge-driven sectors; Culturally adaptable & able to operate effectively in a Nordic, science-driven environment; International mindset - comfortable working across markets & cultures; Thrives in a lean, high-impact, hands-on environment with high accountability.
