Your responsibilities and tasks:
Warehouse Operations:
Assist to receive, inspect, and record incoming stock.
Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to schedule.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
SLA Kit Management:
Maintain accurate records of SLA kits, including contents, locations, and usage history.
Ensure SLA kits are prepared, stocked, and dispatched according to predefined service standards.
Coordinate with technical teams or field service units to ensure SLA kits meet operational requirements.
Conduct regular audits of SLA kits to verify completeness, expiry dates, and readiness.
Inventory Management:
Assist with regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Update inventory systems with accurate data.
Assist in cycle counts and annual stock takes.
Logistics Coordination:
Assist to coordinate with transport providers for timely deliveries and collections.
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
System & Reporting:
Use ERP/WMS systems to manage inventory and logistics data.
Generate reports on stock levels, order fulfillment, and logistics performance.
Support audits and compliance checks.
Customer & Internal Support:
Liaise with internal departments to fulfill stock requests.
Respond to queries related to inventory and deliveries.
Support urgent or special logistics requests.
Your profile and qualifications:
Matric or equivalent; logistics or supply chain certification preferred.
2+ years experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Proficiency in inventory management systems
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
forklift license will be an advantage
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
