Job Summary REQUIREMENTS

Matric, 5+ years of experience in sales with 1+ years of experience calling on retailers
Own vehicle essential
Superior interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Afrikaans
Computer and sales administrative skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Analysis & Problem-Solving skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Confident and charismatic approach to people
Valid driverxe2x80x99s license with own vehicle
Own cell phone and laptop required

DUTIES

Achieve monthly/quarterly and annual sales targets.
Reporting into Head Office.
Daily building, growing and managing relationships with new and existing customers.
Calling on customers to build and grow relationships.
Manage daily call cycle.
Closing sales through selling quality and value using product and market knowledge.
Inventory and in store brand display management.
Focused delivery on Customer Care and Service levels.
Problem solving and enquiries when required.
Delivering of reports required.
Deliver on the company key performance promise xe2x80x93 quality, service and value

Salary: R15000 basic plus Commission
