Tech Repair Technician

to join our technical team and help deliver fast, reliable, and professional repairs to our growing customer base.

As a

Cellphone & Laptop Technician

, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of electronic devices including smartphones, laptops, tablets, iPads, MacBooks, and more. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, hands-on, and passionate about tech.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on:

Cellphones

(Android & iPhone)

Laptops

(Windows & macOS)

iPads, MacBooks, and tablets

Perform screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, board-level soldering, water damage treatment, and other component-level repairs. Maintain accurate repair records and customer documentation. Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Provide customers with accurate estimates and explanations of repairs. Keep workbench and tools organized and maintained. Stay current with new device models, repair techniques, and software updates. Work closely with the sales and customer service team to ensure smooth handover of repairs.

Requirements:

Proven experience (2+ years) as a cellphone, laptop, or electronics technician. Strong understanding of Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS systems. Skilled in diagnosing and fixing both hardware and software issues. Experience with soldering and micro-soldering is a strong advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication and customer service skills. Technician Certificate/ Qualification
