Job Responsibilities:

1. Price maintenance and controls:

• Accurate and timely maintenance of all pricing master data in SAP and other systems as required
• Enforcement of the Approved Pricing Policies
• Execution of all monthly and quarterly SOX and Internal controls testings
• Investigation of every pricing discrepancy relating to customer order entry with the rectification and prevention thereof.
• List price maintenance and communication for both local South Africa as well as Namibia, Botswana and Swaziland (NAMBOT)
• Pricing Credit notes to be investigated and authorized or rejected with the objective created to minimize the reason for the creation

2, Budget, consolidations and analysis:

• Develop budget trade rates to support commercial investment planning and controlling
• Liaison between the customer Development team and Financial planning team
• Control level of trade spending at customer level
• Preparation of monthly and ad hoc GTN analysis in collaboration with CDT Finance analysts
• Preparation of all CD finance consolidated reports and analyses and communication to all stakeholders
• Preparation of monthly GTN G/L account reconciliations in line with the monthly closing process
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Aligns with all policies and standards

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, Honors an advantage
• Minimum in 3 years' experience in Sales Analysis and as Pricing Administrator in FMCG environment
• Proficient in SAP Or ERP, Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent analytics and problem solving skills.
