We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring Controller to oversee our surveillance systems and ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond swiftly and appropriately to any security concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple CCTV feeds in real-time to identify and assess any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Maintain a vigilant watch over designated areas and promptly report any irregularities or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
• Operate and navigate various surveillance software and systems effectively to ensure optimal coverage and functionality.
• Collaborate with security personnel and law enforcement as necessary to provide timely and accurate information during security incidents.
• Conduct routine checks and tests on CCTV equipment to ensure proper functioning and escalate any technical issues for maintenance or repair.
• Document and maintain detailed records of activities, incidents, and observations during shifts.
• Stay updated on security protocols, procedures, and best practices to enhance surveillance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CCTV monitoring or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in operating CCTV systems and surveillance software.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure or during emergency situations.
• Understanding of security protocols and procedures.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education and Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Additional certifications in security, surveillance, or related fields are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods and focus on multiple screens.
• Good eyesight and color vision for effective monitoring.
