Duties & Responsibilities Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Lead and motivate a team of catering staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Coordinate event setups, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for food and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in catering or hospitality supervision.
- Completed National Senior Certificate
- Hospitality qualification - highly advantageous
