Job Summary Fedics Healthwise is seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Project Manager to lead operations at one of our flagship healthcare sites in Nelspruit. This is a high-impact role for a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence in food service and stakeholder collaboration. ? Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 60 catering staff across two shifts. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality meals aligned with Healthwise standards. Drive operational excellence through PDS score management and continuous improvement. Oversee all aspects of shift scheduling ; compliance, and performance. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders ; including Hospital Management and Nursing staff Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations Report on KPIs, budgets, and service delivery metrics ? Requirements Proven experience in Healthwise catering operations (essential) Minimum 3 years in a management role within the food service or hospitality sector Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Ability to work flexible hours and manage shift-based teams Familiarity with PDS scoring systems and performance tracking
