to lead our food service operations at the new unit in Springs. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day catering operations, including food preparation, service, and staff supervision
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Develop menus in line with client expectations and dietary requirements
Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage procurement
Lead and develop catering staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
Maintain strong client relationships and respond to feedback proactively
Ensure high standards of presentation, portion control, and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in catering management or hospitality leadership
Relevant culinary or hospitality qualification
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive operational efficiency
