:xc2xb7Our client is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to join the Grahamstown teamxe2x80x8bLead and motivate a team of catering staff,xc2xb7 Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.xc2xb7 Plan and coordinate catering services for a variety of events,xc2xb7 Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences.xc2xb7 Create and update diverse menus that cater to different tastes, dietary restrictions, and cultural preferences.xc2xb7 Work closely with chefs to ensure the highest quality of food and presentation.xc2xb7 Develop and manage catering budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.xc2xb7 Monitor expenses, negotiate supplier contracts, and identify opportunities for cost savings.xc2xb7 Maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the consistency and excellence of catering services.xc2xb7 Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to uphold hygiene and safety standards.Requirementsxc2xb7 Grade 12xc2xb7 Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred,xc2xb7 Minimum 3 years relevant experiencexc2xb7 Valid drivers license and own transportxc2xb7 Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.xc2xb7 Ability to work flexible hours,
