Job location - Bahrain
We're hiring a Wine Category Manager to lead our Wines, Fine Wines & Sake portfolio
across On & Off-trade and retail in Bahrain. The role is commercial, hands-on, and
growth-focused.
Key Responsibilities
? Own category P&L, pricing, demand planning, and forecasting
? Curate and grow the portfolio (listings, delistings, supplier terms)
? Support Sales with wine list/menu development and trade proposals
? Plan and run tastings, masterclasses, activations and staff training
? Deliver accurate reporting via Salesforce/CRM and BI dashboards
? Track market/competitor moves and recommend actions
Requirements
? WSET Level 3+ (Level 4 / CMS a plus)
? 5+ years in wine/category/commercial roles (GCC experience preferred)
? Strong commercial acumen: pricing, margins, stock & depletion control
? Confident presenter and trainer
? Proficient with Salesforce/CRM, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel
Location: Bahrain
