Desired work experience, education and skills
Grade 12 / Matric (NSC) or equivalent. At least 1 year experience in respective role. Must be computer literate (Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Customer orientated.
Responsibilities
Receive payment by cash, cheque, credit cards.
Cash up with 0% variances
Process customer returns/refunds accurately
Efficient customer service delivery
General administrative tasks
