Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Accurately process customer orders and payments Handle cash transactions and provide change to customers Maintain a clean and organized cashier station Assist with restocking items and keeping inventory levels updated Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred Strong numerical and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
