Responsibilities of the Role
Phone customer for payment
Send monthly statements, invoices, credit notes, proof of delivery, etc.
Recon accounts
Book payment & clear invoices according to customer remittance via CCMT
Upload new invoices on customer web portal.
Submit workflow for payment transfer if payment is for e.g. Siemens Energy, or LDA
Submit workflow for refunds.
Submit workflow for re-ageing.
Prepare and give comments for debtorxe2x80x99s meetings.
Release sales orders
Support order processors
Log disputes via CCMT
Work daily on CCMT.
Clear workbasket daily on CCMT
Submit workflow to write off bad debts
Follow up with commercials on customer disputes.
Notify customer of account being blocked, or unblocked.
Get payment commitment from customers.
Credit Management
Submit workflow for increase of credit limit
Notify customer if credit limit is not sufficient and need payment
Give feedback on customer status for review
Submit workflow for opening of new accounts
Checking customer accounts and reviewing credit limits

Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English is key xe2x80x93 additional languages are welcome
