Job Description

As a Carpenter/Joiner, you will work with our talented team to produce a range of furniture products, from custom pieces to high-volume orders. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with both traditional techniques and modern machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

Construct, assemble, and finish furniture pieces according to design specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and efficiently. Ensure all pieces meet our quality standards before final assembly. Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Proven experience (5+ years) as a carpenter, joiner, or cabinet maker in a furniture manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and furniture construction. Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Skilled in operating woodworking machines such as saws, planers, and sanders. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
