Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and dedicated
Caregiver
to join our team, providing care and assistance toyoung adults with special needs
. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for supporting individuals to achieve their full potential in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day personal care and emotional support. Assist with daily living activities, including meals, hygiene, housekeeping tasks Encourage independence and personal growth wherever possible. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members. Follow individual care plans and ensure a positive, respectful approach towards young adults at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred). Relevant qualification or training in health, social care, or related field (advantageous). Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations. Valid driver's license and reliable transport (preferred).
