Job Description
Role: Care Worker
Location: Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape
Salary: TBC
What youll do:
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support safe mobility around the home and during outings.
- Assist with meals from preparation to feeding when needed.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and social engagement to reduce loneliness.
- Monitor and report any changes in physical, emotional, or mental health.
- Assist with medication management under supervision.
- Accompany and support clients with medical appointments and follow-ups.
- Valid drivers license.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Previous care experience with verifiable references.
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy.
- Able to commit to a two-week live-in schedule.
