We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Car Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and a passion for the automotive industry. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and driving sales to meet targets.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall dealership goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and display area.
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and promptly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional service.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Clear criminal record (background check required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
