Car Rental Depot Manager
Job Description
***CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED***
An exciting position is available for a dynamic, think on your feet, get your hands dirty type of person. Our client is a very well-known international car rental company, and they require an experienced Depot Manager for their East Rand depot. Your duties include Management of staff (internal & outsourced), Fleet planning, including vehicle transfers, rotation, services, quality control, inspections, stock take and more. In addition to this, you will be expected to manage fuel, security, and gate control documentation. This is a very hands-on position and can be long hours from time to time. It is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that you have some car rental knowledge and that you have worked in a similar role.
Job Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in Depot/Fleet Management in a Car Rental (or similar) environment
The ability to multitask
Strong leadership skills
Fleeting, de-fleeting and fleet claims experience
Excellent computer skills.
