Job Description
Seeking a Car Rental Sales Agent with industry experience based in Milnerton, Cape Town, and a dynamic new entry in the market led by seasoned industry leaders. Offering a diverse fleet for short and long-term rentals, the company aims to establish itself through customer satisfaction and competitive pricing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Matric certificate
Valid non expired Code 08 driver's license.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Transportation to/from work.
- Sales driven.
- Experienced with driving of vehicles
- Computer literacy
- Working experience in the car rental industry
- Understanding of motor vehicles
- Good administration
- Allocate vehicles based on reservations and customer preferences.
- Prepare vehicles for rental and handle extra requests.
- Adhere to rental process guidelines for check-in and checkout.
- Working to targets (cross selling/up-selling)
- Improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle rental agreements and paperwork with precision.
- Assist customers throughout the rental period, including extensions and breakdowns.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and security.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including branch staff and customers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good listening skills
