The key responsibility of the Capturing Contractor is to capture and verify captured infringements. This role is a fast pace and target driven role. Metrics are set per data capturing subject which may include camera capturing data, fixed sites, Sec 341, Sec 51. Return of service, warrants, offences, Sec 341 QC/ Corrections, Sec 56 or 341 QC/ Corrections.
Key Responsibilities:

Capturing Infringement:
The duties shall include but not be limited to:
1.1 Capture infringements in line with the SOP's that the company will supply from time to time on the system that the company will supply, in its sole discretion.

Data capturing:
The duties shall include but not be limited to:
3.1 Camera capturing data, fixed sites, Sec 341, Sec 51. Return of service, warrants, offences, Sec 341 QC/ Corrections, Sec 56 or 341 QC/ Corrections.
Education and Experience
Matric or NQF equivalent.
Additional certifications in office administration or related fields can also enhance job prospects.
Minimum 1 year's prior experience in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies
Ability to operate basic computer systems.
Excellent typing skills.
Strong attention to detail and essential accuracy when working.
Strong administration skills.
Good communication skills for interacting with team members, and other stakeholders.
Enjoy working in a team but also can work independently.
Be patient, tactful, diplomatic, and approachable.
Demonstration of customer service orientation.
Ability to have flexible working hours, as the contractor may need to capture data on weekends and/ or public holidays.
Additional Requirements
To be successful in this role, it is essential that the Capturing Contractor (the Service Provider) ensures that they have access to their own fixed broadband service, which may be fiber, or fixed wireless or ADSL, of at least 10Mbps
