Overview:
Our client, a leading company in the medical devices industry, is seeking a Capital Equipment Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation, servicing, and maintenance of all company-owned capital equipment deployed at client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full administration of all field-based capital equipment
Coordinate and monitor service schedules, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Maintain accurate equipment records and service history logs
Liaise with service technicians and clients to ensure timely and efficient servicing
Track warranty periods and service agreements
Support asset tracking and inventory control processes
Generate reports for management regarding equipment performance and servicing
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar administrative or equipment coordination role, ideally within the healthcare or medical device sector
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and client liaison abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with asset management or CRM systems
