phones-on, results-driven role
for someone who can work independently and generate listings through consistent outbound calling.We are looking for a
Call Centre / Canvassing Agent
whose sole mandate is tosource new landlords and sellers
for our Amanzimtoti office.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-volume outbound calls daily Canvassing targeted areas to identify property owners Sourcing new rental and sales listings Feeding qualified leads directly into the sales & rental team Consistently working until results are achieved -- no hand-holding
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Extremely self-motivated and disciplined Comfortable being on the phone
all day
Able to work independently without supervision Target-driven with thick skin and resilience Clear, confident communication skills Previous canvassing or call-centre experience is astrong advantage
Real estate experience beneficial, but not requiredWHAT WE OFFER
