Canteen Cleaner
Job Description
Candidate Key Performance Outputs
Clean scullery, kitchen, eating areas, and front office areas
Maintain Centenary Cafxc3xa9 hygiene standards as prescribed
Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
Use a variety of cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively
Complete and sign the cleaning roster accordingly
Ensure timesheets are completed and signed on time
Regularly wash all waste bins and maintain cleanliness
Sort and separate waste into appropriate categories
Candidate Requirements/Experience
Matric preferred
Clear communication skills
At least 12 months experience as a cleaner / in a similar role
Knowledge of operating cleaning equipment
Prior experience within the food service industry is preferred
Good understanding of catering and food safety standards
