Job Description
Strong PUBLIC sector project experience is a mandatory requirement
Minimum Requirements:
Must be Registered 5 years post grad experience Proficiency in measurement tools such as WinQS or QSPlus and DimensionX Strong measuring capability for preparing Cost Estimates and feasibility studies Strong measuring capability for preparing Bills of Quantities Preparation of cost reports and final accounts for projects Experience in compiling tender documentation, including contract conditions, specifications, and pricing schedules Ability to conduct cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle Understanding of different procurement strategies and contract administration Client interaction skills: ability to engage with clients, including developers and government personnel Experience in conducting feasibility studies and financial appraisals Ability to assist in value engineering exercises to optimize project costs Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in cost management Exposure to commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects Experience in dispute resolution and claims management
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
