Candidate Property Valuer
Job Description
A ruputable company in the real estate industry requires a candidate property valuer:
DUTIES:
o Compile accurate and detailed desktop valuation reports for various property types.
o Conduct property inspections where required.
o Perform thorough market research and apply findings effectively in valuations.
o Prepare valuation reports in compliance with SACPVP standards and relevant legislation.
o Represent clients professionally at Valuation Appeal Board hearings and related proceedings.
o Manage multiple assignments efficiently and deliver reports within set deadlines.
o Work effectively as part of a team, while maintaining accountability for individual tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
o 1 2 Years experience
o Registered candidate valuer and proof thereof is ESSENTIAL
o Commercial Business Property experience - NOT RESIDENTIAL
o Valid registration with SACPVP as a Candidate Valuer. (ESSENTIAL)
o Valuation Appeal Board Exam with proof (ESSENTIAL)
o Relevant Diploma or Degree in Property Valuation/Real Estate.
o Proven experience compiling valuation reports and attending Valuation Appeal Board hearings
o Proficient in valuation methodologies and financial analysis
o Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle (non-negotiable)
o Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
o Professional communication, strong work ethic, and ability to operate independently.
o Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset.
