Will be site based for 2 years in Potchefstroom North West, travelling to other project sites
Manage end to end project delivery
Support the Project Lead in the management of the commission
Collaborate with the overall cross-functional project team
Check contracts for services for commissions under your control are in place with all clients/sub-consultants in line with group policy
Help to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
Project planning, including advising the production of the detailed project plan
Advise upon the procurement of resources-design and construction
Monitor and advise upon projects finances/budgets
Assist managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications
Ensure the production of formal projects progress and other reports
Develop appropriate contractor interface
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management or relevant discipline or equivalent qualification
Registered as a CPM Candidate with SACPCMP
Experience
3 -5 years' experience working on large-scale, mission critical construction projects.
Experience within the Real Estate, Retail, Commercial, Energy and Mining sector
Ability to thrive in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
Technical ability to manage complex, multiple projects and programs as the key client interface
Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your client
Advanced Microsoft skills are essential
