About the Role
We are looking for Candidate Engineers (registered with ECSA) to join a leading engineering team. This role supports the Heavy Current Engineer on major substation and residential projects, providing technical input and reporting on all on-site activities.
Key Requirements
Registered with ECSA as a Candidate Engineer (Electrical - any relevant category)
Early-career professionals looking to develop under a senior mentor
Strong technical grounding in electrical engineering
Willingness to work full-time onsite, reporting directly to the Heavy Current Engineer
Commitment to deadlines and quality assurance
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections and assist with monitoring substation projects
Prepare technical reports and feedback for the Heavy Current Engineer
Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
Assist with project documentation and quality control checks
Gain exposure to substation projects powering large developments
Support project execution from planning to completion
